DB Structures Premium shadecloth grade is made especially for commercial applications true shade factors for nurseries and public shade areas. Premium grade shadecloth is immensely strong and is safe to use on tension sail or high tension shade areas of almost any size. 

The DB Structures Premium shadecloth range varies in shade factors from 30% through to 80% and carries a 10 year UV Warranty.

Solarweave 
(Greenhouse Film)
Solarweave is a reinforced Greenhouse film. The reinforced cover consists of thin strips of clear plastic, woven together to make a sheet, similar to a woven weed matting (but clear). This resultant sheet is then laminated with a thin layer of plastic on each side. In the case of a white cover, one of these layers is coloured white. The high strength and tear resistance comes from the strength of the woven inner scrim. Unlike extruded covers, the material can be sewn into fitted covers and have pockets and eyelets etc fitted.

Solarweave is usually welded into ‘made to measure’ covers for hothouse roofs. 
Solarweave carries a 5 year UV Warranty.

Each structure is custom build to your requirements. The range of dimensions is endless. We can span from 6 to 24 M in width and as great a length and height as required. Greenhouse structures can be linked together width-ways using gutters to form connections between. This allows areas to be constructed in one go, or with later stages being added as required. Frames: The steel sizes used will depend on the side wall height you require but is commonly a combination of RHS posts (starting at 100 x 100mm), 200mm ‘C’ Channel gutters and Structural Galvanised CHS (starting at 60mm) for Bows and End frames.

You are able to combine various shades & colours in the fitted covers to suit your particular needs. Additionally the aerodynamic shape, as well as being visually pleasing, provides protection from high winds. The tension on the fitted cover eliminates sag and the associated light distortions that are frequently associated with this type of Greenhouse structure. Shade densities can vary according to your wishes, from around 18% to 96% and the covers are expected to last from 10 to 15 years. It can also be used to support Hailnet and bird/bat net. There are no problems combining different types or colours of cloth on the on greenhouse structure.
