Grow Tunnel
Based on the traditional “Hoop” or “Igloo” design. The Grow Tunnels are available in three widths, 3 metres, 4 metres and 6 metres, as well as two variations, standard & elevated. The 4 and 6m versions have 800mm high side posts before curving into the roof bow, whereas the 3 metre wide structure has 1300mm side posts.
Special Strength: The frame is required primarily in exposed coastal and high wind areas, special strength tunnels being at 6 metres long and all bays are 1.5 metres apart, ie lengths available are 6M, 7.5M, 9M etc.

Eco Greenhouse
The Eco Greenhouse structure has also been referred to as “Straight Sided” tunnel greenhouses structures. They are available in Four Widths – 6 meters, 8 metres, 10 metres and 12 metres, and each size has two Standard Side Post heights (Special Side Post heights – Higher or Lower available on request). Constructed of durable structural grade galvanised steel, clear spans of up to 12 metres and a number of side height options, whether its Plants, Rabbits, Poultry and Pigs. There is a Eco Greenhouse structure to suit your needs. The Eco Greenhouse is a fully engineered structure.

Tropical Structure All tunnel structures can be supplied with a Greenhouse roof combined with shadecloth ends and lower sides for efficient ventilation in tropical areas where there is no need for winter heat retention.
Multispans Structure The Multispans greenhouse structure meets rigid criteria and results in a strong, reliable structure.You can make it longer or wider, and with 3 or 4 metre high sides as standard (taller sides available by request), this building can grow with your business. Each structure is custom build to your requirements. The range of dimensions is endless. We can span from 6 to 24 M in width and as great a length and height as required. Greenhouse structures can be linked together width-ways using gutters to form connections between. This allows areas to be constructed in one go, or with later stages being added as required. Frames: The steel sizes used will depend on the side wall height you require but is commonly a combination of RHS posts (starting at 100 x 100mm), 200mm ‘C’ Channel gutters and Structural Galvanised CHS (starting at 60mm) for Bows and End frames.
Ecoshade You are able to combine various shades & colours in the fitted covers to suit your particular needs. Additionally the aerodynamic shape, as well as being visually pleasing, provides protection from high winds. The tension on the fitted cover eliminates sag and the associated light distortions that are frequently associated with this type of Greenhouse structure. Shade densities can vary according to your wishes, from around 18% to 96% and the covers are expected to last from 10 to 15 years. It can also be used to support Hailnet and bird/bat net. There are no problems combining different types or colours of cloth on the on greenhouse structure.
Installation
DB Structures can also provide with your installation needs or you can do it yourself with a kitset. All structures are supplied in kitform and are supplied with all fittings and as well a comprehensive instruction booklet.
